The quality of the end product primarily depends on the raw materials. asw therefore only uses fresh, sawdust free splits and prefers unsalted splits primarily from cows from southern Germany and elsewhere in Western Europe. As a matter of principle, we have decided to process products that are fit for human consumption only.
Our goal is to forward the splits on for further processing as quickly as possible. Batches supplied are sent to the central collection point in Mattighofen using our unique logistics system. Further processing then takes place immediately, enabling us to guarantee a turnaround speed of less than 48 hours.
